Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images and vehicle application information are accurate at the time they are published.

Vehicle manufacturers may change specifications during production and product information may occasionally be updated. Product photographs are provided for illustration only and may differ slightly from the goods supplied.

If you require clarification regarding the suitability of a product before ordering, please contact us.

Vehicle Compatibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are suitable for their vehicle and intended application.

We are happy to assist with enquiries wherever possible, but the final responsibility for confirming compatibility rests with the purchaser.

Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on this website include UK VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure prices are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is identified after an order has been placed, we will contact you before processing your order. You may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Orders

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us.

An automated order confirmation confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.

A legally binding contract is formed only when your order has been despatched.

Stock Availability

Many products are available from stock for immediate despatch.

Some items may be temporarily unavailable or manufactured to order. If an item cannot be supplied within our normal lead time, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

Any delivery dates or lead times quoted are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Ownership of the goods remains with us until payment has been received in full.

Cancellations and Returns

If you are purchasing as a consumer, your statutory cancellation rights are governed by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If you believe goods supplied are faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, repair, replace or refund the goods in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Any manufacturer's warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace them.

Installation

Many of the products sold on this website are specialist suspension components intended for installation by suitably competent persons.

We strongly recommend that products are fitted in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

We cannot accept liability for damage, failure or injury arising from incorrect installation, misuse, modification or use outside the manufacturer's intended application.
