RETURNS

We offer a 14 day returns policy if you change your mind or find that you have purchased the wrong part (14 days from the day of delivery). All we ask is that the item comes back to us in its original condition with all the manufacturers packaging and that it has not been fitted to the vehicle or greased. Once you have contacted us about a return you have another 14 days to return the product to us.

If you need to return a product, please email us for a return authorisation number and the return address. Please note that we are an internet based company, visits are by appointment only and we do not offer the facility to return parts in person. Returns must be sent by post.

If you notify us after 14 days from the day of delivery has elapsed you can still contact us to request a returns authorisation number and your parts can still be returned at our discretion. Returns are not accepted after 28 days with the exception of warranty items. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Parts must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging and in a saleable condition. Where packaging has been damaged or is no longer suitable for resale, we reserve the right to deduct up to 25% of the item's value. NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order please notify us within 14 days of delivery of the goods. Returned parts and their packaging must be in a saleable condition. NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
