EPTG Ltd (European Polyurethane Technologies Group) was formed in the UK in 1996 to take advantage of the significant advances made in the development of polyurethane in recent years.

The company has wide experience of automotive suspension and chassis systems and combining these design skills with advanced polyurethane manufacturing techniques led to the development of the wide range of high performance automotive polyurethane components now known the world over by the product name POWERFLEX.

Powerflex Products

The company operates in a self-contained state of the art factory, manufacturing everything in-house.

The stainless steel components are machined on the latest computer controlled equipment to ensure perfect repeatability and quality.

The moulding and tooling, design and manufacturing is carried out within the factory ensuring very rapid response time to special projects and complete communication between development, prototyping, testing and manufacturing departments. Component manufacturing is carried out with the latest automatic processing equipment ensuring 100% right first time quality. Testing of new components is carried out both on the vehicle and on test rigs.

POWERFLEX have won the Queen’s Award for Enterprise International Trade 2013, underlining their quality and stature.

All of these factors combined make POWERFLEX the number one selling performance bushes in Europe.

Powerflex Anti Roll Bar Clamps

POWERFLEX ANTI ROLL BAR BUSH CLAMPS

Anti-Roll Bars (ARBs) are vital for reducing body sway during cornering and enhancing vehicle stability. Our polyurethane bush replacements offer a superior solution to the problem of degrading rubber bushes, ensuring consistent performance . To secure the ARB, we provide precision CNC-machined 6082-T6 aluminium clamps. These easy-to-install, two-bolt clamps prevent sideways movement, maintaining vehicle dynamics and safety. Available in sizes from 13mm to 33mm.

FORD FIESTA MK7 & MK8 STEERING RACK BUSHES

We are excited to announce PFF19-1509 Steering Rack Mounting Bush, especially as Ford does not offer these bushes separately and a new steering rack is costly. The Powerflex bush is crafted from our robust Black 95A durometer material, enhancing stiffness by approximately 33% compared to the original rubber bush. This offers an ideal mix of flexibility, durability, and performance, improving steering precision, feel, and accuracy in straight-line driving.

BMW SHIFTER ARM BRACKET & BUSH

Introducing PFF5-1932 & PFF5-1932P Shifter Arm Rear Bush & Bracket for BMW F-Series, enhancing shift precision for sport and track driving. CNC-machined 6082-T6 aluminium bracket with a 70A bush reduces OE deflection by 50%, while the 80A version for track use cuts it by 70%. Fits models from 11/2014: 1-Series, 2-Series, 3-Series, 4-Series, M2, M3, M4. Optimises gear shifts with minimal NVH increase.
